SMBPM-20 Drop On Demand(DOD) Personalization Machine is perfect card personalization machine for magnetic card, credit card, MasterCard, Visa Card. It's automatic magnetic stripe encoding with flipper and chip data personalization and DOD UV printing, also place label on card or envelope.

Functions:
1. First Feeder: CR80 cards feeding.
2. Double Cards Detection: adjustable thickness detection, if more than one card, automatic stop.
3. Look Up: Identify the informations of the product, such as the card number, barcode, name, QR code and so on.
4.Magnetic stripe encoding: 1/2/3 tracks fixed or veriable data encoding.
5. Flipper / Turn-Over: can be turned ON or OFF enables printing on the front or back sides.
6. Second Feeder: Adjustable size of feeder can be worked for special sizes such as tag card, envelope.
7. Chip Module: read UID or read data from block, write chip data, convert data for encryption, save UID.
8. Drop On Demand: plasma treatment of product surfaces is used to enhance the adsorption property of ink, UV printing and UV dryer, OCR is used to check whether the printed content is consistent with the database. Printing data can be from chip or magnetic stripe.
9. Labeling: place adhesive label or scratch label on product.
10. Rejection: Automatic reject bad product, if magnetic stripe is not at the correct position, if bad chip, if bad printing, if finished whole data from software.
11. Good products collection: collect finished cards, tags, envelopes as sequence.
