SMSIM-2 Card Data Verification and Replacement Machine is a professional verification machine for printed card and embossed card. It's used to verify card surface data by camera and replace a new card.

3. Job Steps:
3.1 First Cards Feeder: adjustable size for circle, square, key tag, wristband, card size, 4in1,2in1 and 1in1 SIM card size,  some other special shapes card and so on;

3.2 Double cards detection: detect double cards and alarm;

3.3 First Rotary vacuum suction feeding device: continuous load products by 3 units vacuum devices;

3.4 Contactless chip data module (optional): if need contactless chip data personalization(read/write), module can be installed on the top of middle vacuum device, no waiting time.

3.5 OCR Verification: Identify the UV or laser printed numbers, bar-codes, English characters, serial numbers, SIM card numbers, QR code and compare with database.

3.6 Bad card rejection : automatic reject bad card to bad card stacker;

3.7 Second Cards Feeder: adjustable size for circle, square, key tag, wristband, card size, 4in1,2in1 and 1in1 SIM card size,  some other special shapes card and so on, one replacement card is standing by at the bottom vacuum device;

3.8 Contactless chip data module (optional): if need contactless chip data personalization(read/write), module can be installed on the top of middle vacuum device, no waiting time.

3.9 Replacement: Automatic replace a new white card if reject a bad card, operator can find out the replaced white card easy at the end.

3.10 Cards Collection: automatic collect cards till full.
