SMBPM-9 Card Data Personalization with DOD UV Printing Machine is professional card making machine for Banking card / VISA Card / Master Card / Driver Licence Card / ID card and SIM card personalization.

Customized Machine: Load barcode or sequence number printed card, identification of printed data, turn over card and print another same sequence data from database on another side, labeling.

1. Adjustable Second Feeder: Adjust the feeding module, load special size cards, maximum A4 sheet. 

2. Double Card Detection: if double card from feeder, automatic stop and alarm.

3. OCR(Optical Character Recognition) Verification: Verifies printed numbers, text, bar-code, QR-code and other codes and data from the database and layout, find out the same data from database.

4. Flipper / Turn-Over: automatic turn card from front side to back side.

5. Plasma Treatment: Make the card surface easier to adhere to UV ink.

6. DOD UV Multi-Color or Single Color Printing: Print the OCR verification data from database.

7. LED UV Dryer: Dry the UV ink after printing.

8. OCR(Optical Character Recognition) Verification: Verifies DOD printed numbers, text, bar-code, QR-code and other codes and data from the database and layout.

9. Rejection module: Identification system of  the defect products on each stage of equipment operation (data of  printing personal data on the card ) and dispatch to the rejection module for the cards.

10. Labeling Module(location movable): Apply the scratch-off label & simple label on the product. 

11. Final conveyor: Collect finished good cards.

12. Controller: Management and control of encoding, printing, verification, rejection and product transfer on the  transport system.
