SMDIM-L4 Dual Interface Card Tin Plate & Copper Plate Placing Machine

SMDIM-L4 Dual-Interface Card Tin Plate Placing Machine is full automatic load Tin Plate or Copper Plate or COB and place them into holes on sheet, they will be fixed by glue tape. 

1.Put the punched tin plate in vibrating plate, principle of vibration, tin plate will be piece by piece in order. 2.Manipulator pick up tin plates for placing in sheet, working by servo system. 

3.There are several programs can be saved for different sizes of sheets. 

4.Two working tables with eight units placement will be faster than normal.

5.Machine can add tin tape punching system, automatic punch tin plate into pieces from tin tape,and automatic place them into sheet.
