SMDIM-H4 Dual-Interface Card Chip Pick and Placing Machine

SMDIM-H4 Dual-Interface Card Chip Placing Machine is full automatic load the modules one  by one and place the chip modules in holes on sheet.   

1.Put the punched chip modules in vibrating plate, principle of vibration, chips will be piece by piece in order. 2.Manipulator pick up chips for placing in sheet, working by servo system. 
3.There are several programs for different sizes of sheets. 
4.Our machine can be one working table and two working tables. 
5.Machine can include chip tape punching system, automatic punch chips from tape and check the quality, good chip for placing and automatic reject bad chip.
