SMBPM-11 DOD Print Data Personalization Machine is used read contactless card data and convert data for magnetic card encoding, also use the variable barcode data from database or from smart card for DOD UV print and inspect printed data if correct by OCR module and apply label on product. It's multifunctional card data personalization machine for loyalty card, banking card, scratch card, ID card, contactless smart card, magnetic card, driver license card and other cards production.

Functions:
1. Read smart card UID and save UID as data for magnetic card encoding or for DOD UV printing, printing data can be same UID number or convert UID into barcode.
2. Write data from database into different sectors for smart card data personalizatoin.
3. DOD UV Print for banking card, ID card, SIM card, loyalty card, RFID card, E-Passport, Hotel Card and so on. Printing data can be database or read data from chip & magstripe, display barcode or QR code or numbers or website or other characters.
4. Automatic check the printed data if the same sequence in database and check if correct printing by OCR verification.
5. Apply the scratch label or simple label on all types card.
6. Automatic reject the bad card into a separate stacker and save the bad card data separately, finally collect good cards into another conveyor.
