SMCLM-5B-T Automatic Transfer RFID Dual-Interface Proximity Smart Card Laminator is automatic transfer trays with materials from hot tower to cold tower, it's save time and full perfect safety protection feature because of high temperature laminated trays with materials will be so hot and cost time if manully take out from hot lamination daylights and then manually feed them into cold lamination daylights one by one. SMCLM-5B-T Automatic Transfer RFID Dual-Interface Proximity Card Laminator is good card making machine to produce bank card, ID card, SIM card, loyalty card, magnetic card, contactless smart card, driver license card, proximity card and so on.

Operation Steps:

1.Manually feed the trays with card materials into each hot lamination daylights. 

2.Press "start hot lamination" switch.

3.After hot lamination , hot lamination daylights automatic open and press "transfer" switch, automatic transfer trays from hot lamination daylights to cold lamination daylights, and the automatic transfer module automatic back to origin position.

4.Press "start cold lamination" switch for cold lamination.

5.At the same time laminate another 5 trays for hot lamination. 

6.When cold lamination finish, operator take trays out from cold lamination daylights and get laminated sheets, at the same time put new materials into trays.

Configurations: 

1. Softwares: control hot daylights lamination and cold daylights lamination with time & pressure & temperature setting and the automatic transfer function.
2. Separate two oil hydraulic system: hot tower and cold tower are maximum 80Tons pressure and maximum 12 steps pressure for inlay & RFID & dual interface card production.
3. Separate temperature control module: can turn ON / OFF any plate temperature for sample card production, the real temperature and setting temperature difference only less than 5 degrees. Maximum temperature setting can be 400C, perfect for PVC card, PET card, PETG card, Teslin card, Polycarbonate card, ABS card or other materials.
4. Can save the parameters setting and output for different types banking card, ID card, loyalty card, contactless smart card, RFID card, magstripe card and other plastic card production.
