It can change the data into barcode mode for UV printing on card body.

SMBPM-4 DOD UV Printing Machine with RFID Smart Card Persoanlization, it's automatic feed cards one by one for RFID Smart Card Persoanlization, then transfer cards for plasma coating surface, then DOD UV printing and LED dry the ink, if any matter of RFID Smart Card Personalization, automatic reject this failed card to rejection card stacker, other good cards will be collected into good card stacker.

1.We can add OCR module with reject function on machine, used to check printing quality.
2.It's used to read UID from card, and print UID number or exchange UID number into any kinds of barcode (or QR code) on card.
It's used to write information from database into chip, all sections can be encoded with different information by request from machine's software or database.
3. We can add contact chip card personalization at the beginning of our SMBPM-4 DOD UV Printing Machine: It's used to apply data for contact chip.
4. We can add magnetic card encoding module at the beginning of our SMBPM-4 DOD UV Printing Machine, used to encode 1 or 2 or 3 tracks information into magnetic stripe.
After that, machine also can do DOD UV printing the encoded information on card, 1-3 tracks by request. Or exchange information into barcode and print on card by request.
5. We can add scratch label module on our SMBPM-4 DOD UV Printing Machine, also can add OCR inspection after label.
6. We can add another unit DOD UV Printing function for double sides printing on our SMBPM-4.
We have two choices for the failed cards:
1. when set software to do job, choose jump failed card, so if one card failed, next card won't instead of it. The failed data will be seclected in program, later you can re-do the failed job.
2. setting of software, if one card failed, the next card will instead of it, so the data will be made for next card.
