SMNCM-3A Full Automatic RFID Contactless Smart Card Chip Tape Punching and Placing Machine is full automatic punch chips from chip tape, reject bad chip and place good chip on sheet.

1.Fix chip tape on machine. 

2.Automatic take tape and punch chips. Before punching, punching heads hold the chips by air vacuum, make sure chips won't fly after punching. Optical sensors check chip position, make sure chip tape will be at correct position before punching.

3.Servo system automatic pick up punched chips, bad chip will be moved to rejection position, good chips will be position-correction from all sides and then place chips on sheet.

4.Our machine can be one working table and two working tables. 

5.Machine can save parameters data for different formats.
