Updated Newest SMBPM-5 DOD UV Printing with Personalized Card Issuing Machine is produced according to customer requirements for special sizes of cards, it has some adjustments functions for CR80 and other sizes of cards printing and banking card encoding.

            It can print one dimensional code, two-dimension bar-code, personalization numbers,Chinese words, drug administration codes, anti-counterfeiting code, security code, database, serial / swift numbers, English words ,various patterns and any other languages . It can change the data into bar-code mode for UV printing on card body. For making ID card, bank card, credit card, bank card, Master Card, VISA card, loyalty card, driver licence, hang card, tag card, transportation card, scratch card, recharge card, bus ticket card, metro ticket card, train ticket card, VIP card and so on.

Adjustments:

1. Feeder: Width can be adjusted from tag card size to A4 size.

2. Optional Contactless Smart Card Personalization Module: read and write data for IC card and ID card.

3. Optional Contact Chip Card Personalization Module: read and write data for contact chip card.

4. Optional Verification(OCR): Enables inline OCR camera verification of personalization data elements. For improved reading performance, difficult backgrounds can be faded out. It's also used to read Printing data / Embossing Data / Bar-code Data and save the data as database, and this database will be used for encoding and printing.

5. Turn-Over/Flipping module: ON/OFF by production request. When turn-over/flipping module ON, the belt works for maximum double size of CR80 card. When turn-over module OFF, another unit belt works for maximum A4 size.

6. Optional Encoding Module: Work for CR80 and other sizes of card, easy to adjust the encoding module location on linear guideway, perfect for EMV Credit, Debit and Pre-Paid Banking Cards.

7. DOD UV printing module position can be adjusted by printing demand and printing system can be single or multi color.

8. Optional Verification(OCR): compare the printing data with database, collect good card and reject bad card.

9. Optional Turn-Over/Flipping module: ON/OFF by production request. When turn-over/flipping module ON, the belt works for maximum double size of CR80 card. When turn-over module OFF, another unit belt works for maximum A4 size.

12. Optional Laser Printing: print number and bar-code and logo.

13. Optional Labeling: High-speed accurate wipe-on labeling with x-core function reduces roll changes and machine downtime. Works for scratch-off label and simple label.

14. Optional Verification(OCR): check label if damaged, if correct position.
15. Bad Card will be rejected into bad card stacker, good card will be collection to good card conveyer.
